11 . TEAMS
As indicated , each team can
be composed by 10 titular drivers and 3 testing drivers . These
3 testing drivers , beyond their utilitity on their own team (testing
session , setups ….) can take part to a complete Grand Prix
(Qualifications & race) only in a case of titular driver’s
substitution . However , the team can only submit a maximum of
10 times per session (in the case of team have 10 titular
drivers) . So each team must plan in advance who’s gonna take
part to the Grand Prix (qualifications & race) . If a
titular driver make its qualifications session (to BRAZIL for
example) and he can’t take part to the race one week later ,
no testing driver can substitute him ! In no case … To clarify:
A testing driver can participate to a Grand Prix only if
participates to the qualifications and the race … For attributed points : each driver (titular or
test driver) has his own points . On the other hand , all the
scored points for a team for each race (these of a titular or
testing drivers) will count . So a Big team having testing
drivers which have a titular withdrawal for a complete GP doesn’t
loose its chances for the Teams/constructors championship !
12 . PENALITIES A drive that have not taking part to the qualifications can't take part to the race . A driver that has submitted a qualification time and that has not participate to the race will have a -25 pts of penality : Indeed if 2 drivers of the same heat don't take part to the race and as heats are composed by 3 drivers , the last driver will not be able to race ! So if you can't do your race , don't participate to the qualifications one week sooner ... so you don't penalize any driver ... A driver that nickname appears on 2 differents asked screenshot will have a -25pts of penality ! The drivers that have qualified but that don't take part to the race will have -25 pts of penality . So if you have submitted a qualification time , you must submit a time for the race in any case ... Even if you 've been disqualified or disconnected . In those cases , submit a 2:00:00.000 (2 hours) time . Don't forget that a prove could be asked (Screenshot) ... So in these cases as you won't be able to make your screenshot , you must tell us in the message section of the submitted time form what are your heat drivers . So we can check that on their screenshot .
Problems found for our first round of the season make us to write down new rules on this section : All drivers that can't prove they have made necessary contact to determine a date and time to race will have a - 15 points of penality . For others , those who can prove it but can't take part to race (in case of lonely) will have no penality and no -15 points for no submitted time (see upper).
ONLY THE PROVES ON THE FORUM (POSTED MESSAGES) WILL BE VALABLE . NO OTHER ONES ! SO BE SURE TO CONTACT FROM / ON THE FORUM !
13 . TIME CHECKERS (REPLAYS & SCRENNSHOTS) 2 time checkers (Replays and /or
Screenshots) will control the times after the race week end . In
no case , they will ask you any file after the qualifying
session ! But you could be disqualified as your qualifying
session time is not valid after some contols made after the race
of the same track . So Heat mate won’t be changed just before
the race ! If one of the checkers ask you to send a file
that proves your submitted time , please send it on the delay
fixed by the checker . Please , Zip your file before sending it ! If the file is not sent on the according delay ,
penalities will be applied as this : n
One suspension for the next Grand Prix n
Disqualification for this Grand Prix (0 pt) Checkers rôle : Both 2 checkers must submit the
incoming problems to the Webmaster before Friday 11.59 PM . All
problems submitted after this date and time will not be treated ! So they must act quickly . They must contact themselves to determine
who’s gonna check who ... No complent will count after the checkers
verdict . Important
Note : REPLAYS controls should be made by the
checkers only if some « cutting » doubts ... and
they won’t be realized systematically ! The checkers must control the Heat replay and
not the driver replay : So if they ask a replay file to a
driver with 56 K connection , they must , in fact , ask it to
his heat mate with faster connection so this last one can easily
send these file . 14 . CUTTING CORNERS Cutting corners is no more authorized . You must
at least keep 2 tyres on the track all along ALL your official
races and qualifications . Here are the incured penalities for cutting
corners : -
One suspension for the next Grand Prix -
Disqualification for this Grand Prix (0 pt)
